In the splendor of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains lies our only out-of-state and most breathtaking community, The Meadows of Chapman Mountain. Mr. Ward established this community in 2006 with the vision of giving residents a beautiful view of nature 24 hours a day and offering a real-life paradise that allows you to overlook the serenity of the fabled northern Shenandoah Valley near Luray, Virginia. Successfully, the community was able to sell out of lots in 2008, and we know that the residents are nothing more than happy to be living there. The colors of the leaves and nature are some that you won't find at any of our other communities, making this community unique.
