• Top State to relocate to: Allied Van Lines Magnet State Report says that Texas is the number one destination for relocations for the 4^th year in a row. The U.S. Census confirms Texas gained 484,000 more residents than any other state from July 2007 to July 2008.

• The average sale price in Texas remained unchanged in 2008 compared to 2007.*
