Isabelle Orrick serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Controller. In this capacity, she has certain oversight responsibilities for all projects and coordinates the operating and financing activities of the company. In this role, she provides accurate and timely financial information to the President/Chief Executive Officer for decision-making purposes and serves as liaison between staff and management and outside parties and management. Since joining The Ward Group and Country Communities in 1998 she has orchestrated the management, development and disposition activities for projects aggregating more than $110,000,000. With over 20 years in the accounting, tax and financial service industries she is ideally suited to be responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s financial reporting, operations and advise on financial matters.
Prior to joining The Ward Group and Country Communities, Ms. Orrick was with the local Certified Public Accounting firm, Lairson Stephens & Reimer, P.C. for ten years and served as Tax Manager. She has extensive experience in Corporate, Partnership, Fiduciary and Individual Income Tax and Strategic Planning. She spent five years with Forke Investment Group in Corpus Christi, Texas and provided accounting and management advisory services to the various related entities, with emphasis on those in the real estate development industry in the Texas Hill Country.
Isabelle received a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi and currently holds a CPA license in the State of Texas. She is a member of The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants.
